The beginnings of MLTC

 We are living in a day and age that the Lord is pouring out His Spirit in unprecedented ways, which causes many people to come to Christ, and others to respond to the call of the Master and enrol in His service! 

The demands for ministry and meeting the needs of the people are overwhelming due to which many sincere believers, evangelists, cell-leaders, lay-leaders and pastors in the field are not able to get sufficiently trained before doing the work of the Lord. Others join a three or four months course and then venture into ministry. Some privileged few are blessed with a couple of years of theological training, but at times lack real hands-on study material and training to meet the needs in ministry. 

As such we perceived a great need that exists all across the world for sound systematic yet practical and balanced Biblical teaching that will cause one to grow to maturity according to Hebrews 5:12-14. 

Born out of much prayer and this observed need across the globe, the Lord impressed on our hearts during the year 2001 to put together a systematic bible study by way of compilation that will teach, train and equip each believer in our Lord Jesus Christ for effective and fruitful work of the ministry. The emphasis is on Christian character development, leadership training & utilisation of spiritual gifts.

THE MINISTRY AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING COURSE made up of 16 Volumes or Books spread out over 5 levels of spiritual growth: 

(1) Beginner (One Book)

(2) Disciple (Two study Books)

(3) House-Group / House-Church Leader/ Care group (Four Books)

(4) Pastor / Leader (Five Books)

(5) Minister (Four Books). 

 This self-study Bible Training Course will systematically teach and train you as you study its contents! This in turn can be easily used to teach your house-church, congregation, Bible-study group, house-group, upcoming leaders class, Bible College, prayer group, disciple-class, etc.
